Panind — pan card application cancellation

Sir, I've applied for the pan card in your site and i've made the payment through net banking but now I want to cancel the application for some reason. Pleased refund my payment of rs 499/-. Your site is asking for hard copy of the application form for which it will be easier for me to apply with the agent and I also don't have enough time to go to speed post or to the courier service.
