Dear sir myself vibha applied for the pan application with u. My orderid is vi-[protected]cr. Gageted officer unable to give office id so pls reject my application & refund my money
I call u but ur phone is either not reachable or not attended. I dont want to process my application plz refund my money rs 499 & return my document to below address

Hi I applied for PAN detail correction assuming its govt website and paid 499 rs and then got to know it's not the govt one. I sent and email to withdrawal my application and tried to even connect them but not possible to do two way communication.

I need my full refund

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
