[Resolved] Panind — pan card still not received | |||
It has been more than 6 months since i had applied for a pan card... And still i haven't got the hardcopy... I did however receive the soft copy during That period but not now i don't have it.. I tried calling your customer care no several times but no one is responding... A very poor customer care service... I am not at all satisfied with your service... I would be grateful if you could look into the matter and give me my pan card as soon as possible or atleast resend me my soft copy so i can take some iniative Was this information helpful? | |||

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
