Panind — panind charged 3 times more than normal and no cancellation option on website

Hi team,

I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra.
You have charged me more so i want to cancel my application.
And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation.
I just need to cancel this order as there is no option to cancel at all.

I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

I amd Vrushali Dongre. My order ID is VR-[protected]CR. I am not receiving any reply from PANIND. I have sent mails twice regarding application for pan card. Also while tracking my application online, the message is shown as "Incorrect/Incomplete document". kindly look into it.

I applied for new pan card. My application ID is [protected]TN. It is already 1 month over no body is responding. I do not bother about 499 rs but i am very much concern about documents which are submitted. If this is fraud company then should i approach cyber crime cell. what is procedure to check that whether any process is started or not.

I have been charged 379 for applying pan card online.. But the charges are 101..i want to know why i am charged around 200 more...please help me.
