[Resolved] Panind — refund for unrendered service | |
This is with respect to the re-print application for a lost pan card - axxxxxxxq. I no longer need the said reprint. Hence requesting to do a complete refund of inr 500 which i have already paid. I have raised the query to [protected]@panind.com. On 5th of nov 2019. It's been almost 3 months now, apart from a single one line reply upon my follow up, nothing has come out of it. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
