Panind — refund of duplicate pan card charge

I have applied for duplicate pan card on panind site through order id : [protected]lo on 10th february and submitted hard copies of application and copy of pan card as per their instructions after that they have demanded more documents of passport which i don’t want to share with panind hence i have requested for cancellation of application and refund my payment of rs 499/-.
I have done several mails and calls to their customer service but didn’t get any reply.
Request you to please help to get my refund.

I have applied for the corrections in Pan card.I have paid 499.Right now i have applied offline for correction.offline process has only 150 charge.So i want to cancel my application and hence want the refund of money.
