[Resolved] Panind — requesting for refund of money | |
Myself l b thirumurthy i paid rs 499 for applying pan card first time in panind, without knowing my father had already applied. I tried calling to the customer care number also but they are not responding. The cost is also not reasonable. Compared to other websites its cost is too high. They are ignoring the calls i think. So kindly refund my money as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
