Panind — return of my money back

I have applied for pancard online through panindia
Now the status is showing as "application is not yet attached to any batch. Please generate batch for physical transit of applications"

I have paid rs 499 through online and submitted the physical document also but now there is no result
I am applying through directly for my pancard and i request you to take action on this website and get back my amount which i paid,
Please do the needful.
