Panjab National Bank — regarding my Mother pension

Respected sir..on behalf Of my father death gratuity n mother pension ( PPO No.C/AF/FP/10014/2014) IN RESPECT of smt.hanji devi w/o late shri khushali ram (Indian air Force) Enclosed herewith please find the original PPO NO.C/AF/FP/10014/2014 DATED ON 28TH MARCH 2014 in respect of smt hanja devi w/o late shri khushali ram MTS PASS.NO 815SU/123 AND DESCRIPTIVE ROLL OF CLAIMANT(HANJA DEVI) for your neccessary payment action please. on behalf that letter i send my mother to open an account in pnb aburoad with account no.[protected] now from last act 2013 we start to connecting prefrence to branch staff but we can't get satify answer regarding that PPO LETTER & PENSION FROM LAST ACT2013, will sir find the actual way of query regarding that how much tym finaly you take ... Bcz whn last day i meet branch manager he talk to jaipur office regarding that then he told me beta vaha kuch updation problem ho rahi hai so pension n gratuity me time lag raha hai so please find the actual way reagrding this ... we avail n facing much more financial problem .please do some in favour Me ...!
