Pankaj Jain 5345 — Late Delivery and nasty pizza

I was placed an order which no. 284C(POS[protected] TOKEN NO. 172 DATE. 05.04.2014 & TIME 20.27 p.m & DELIVERY time 20.57 Hrs. But This was too late & delivered by you 21.37 p.M ( 40 Mins. late ) . In Between i personally call 2 times your Pizza Hut del. no. and he assured that delivering in 5 mins but its not delivered . when i receive ( 21.37 hrs ) it was free by you but totally cold and tasteless . I was never thought with very astonished that this is pizza hut service . Kindly check and take a action for above service .
