[Resolved] Pantaloon — Negative attitude of your employee | |||
Dear Pantaloon Team, This is to inform you that I visited at your showroom, located in World Square Mall Ghaziabad, but the service of your employees over there, is very poor. We wished to purchase four kurtas under offer “ 2 Kurtas in Rs. 1099/-“ but after selected and trial when we asked to get the same billed than the billing guy told that this offer is not reflecting in our software. Moreover he treated us with negative attitude saying that our person would come and get it resolved in our system. We waited at billing counter for so long. But no person did come. When we asked him, he said that our person has other work also. He also asked us “Its your wish whether you can wait or drop the idea to purchase these four kurtas”. Hence you are requested to please give special behavioral training to staff that how to treat and entertain the customer. As you have already lost your one precious customer today. This type of negative attitude will impact your sale and credibility. Hence take it as a serious note in future. Was this information helpful? | |||
