[Resolved] Pantaloons — Empress Mall, Nagpur Pantaloons - Fraud with Customers Pantaloon Cards | |||
I am a regular loyal Pantaloons customer and everytime I visit from United States I shop in Civil Lines, Nagpur Pantaloons store. I was in the Empress Mall, Nagpur Pantaloons and first they lost my Father Premchand Agarwals Memebrship card. Then there was a missing item in my shopping bag. Unfortunately I lost the bill. They told us they will send us card back or a new card back. It is more than a month. My parents recently visited the store they said they cannot help much and gave some card to contact. This never happened to me in the Civil Lines store. I find it suspicious that are they playing with Membership points. The customer service is very poor. The membership is on my fathers name Shri Premchand Agarwal, Kanti Niwas, Indora, Nagpur 17. His Cell is[protected]. I would really appreciate if this can be looked into.
