I purchase a alto moda lower from phenoix kurla market city mumbai from alto moda and just after one wash with plain water all the threads of lower comes out and it looks like total faulty manufacturing process. I cant even return to it as i live in bhilwara rajasthan. I have almost all my clothing range of alto moda and as loyal customer of the brand company must take action as soon as possible.
