Recently bought a formal pants and today in the middle of the street the stitches got ripped apart, for which I was feeling ashamed and akward, such poor quality I didn't expect from brands like Van Hussein ., my whole family buys all the clothing from Pantaloons, almost every month and never before we had this kind of terrible experience . You really require to give attention to your production quality . whatever this was the last clothing wear that I bought from Pantaloons . From future I will never consider to buy anything from Pantaloons... Such a horrible experience..

    I ordered one Bare Denim jeans from Pantaloons online on 25 th Jun 2022. I raised a return request due to size issue. I never got call nor recieved call from any delivery partner for return. I raised several complaint at pantaloons. I am still not able to see any action.

    Please initiate the pickup or I will file a case for 3 lakhs due to my time and effort wasted.

    These sites dont have the manners. How are they able to contact while delivering the product. They will reach at the door, but while picking up the product they dont care at all.

    I have all the complaint number. I will make sure that pantaloons and ekart will have to pay price for this if they are not gonna pick up the product soon.

      I have placed a return for the order 6262879 and have couriered the products back to your address as per the return process sms received from your end. The POD number for the courier sent from me is [protected] & [protected] via blue dart on 20th june and shows as delivered as of 21st june. I have emailed 3 times already, however there is no reposes from the company .

        Visited your Vaishali Nagar Jaipur Store on 9.07.2022 at 5:15 PM. Liked one black pant. The product was defective and was put on display. It didn't have any button. I have asked the salesman and the store manager to put the button and said then I'll purchase it. The salesman and the store manager both refused to do so. I was with my wife and my wife also requested to atleast provide a button so that we can get the same work done from outside, but that also is denied by the salesman and the store manager.

        Both of them were not in the mood to sell any of the product. Both had very negative attitude towards sales. If they would have resolved that issue I would have purchased the product.

          On 4 th Jun I ordered a yellow top but received a without tag blue shirt from Pantaloons.

          Now since Jun 12 I am trying to return it and take my refund. But deliberately Pantaloons send wrong item image to its pickup agent and say item can't be returned as doesn't match the photo.

          Pantaloons is cheating me as customer l wrote several emails, called customer care number 10 times but no action.

          Please take action against them and refund my money.

                Paper Bags

                The Pantaloons Store in Vadodara, Nilamber Triumh, charges for the paper bag upon purchase, when informed that there are several court orders stating no store should charge, be it plastic or paper bag even if the company's name is not mentioned; they gave explanation saying the the bag does not have the companies' name on it.
                also no store manager there.
                upon calling the customer care, they say Pantaloons charges for the paper...

                      My money got debited and the order wasn't placed, contacting brand factory said that they didn't receive the payment, where as when confirmed with the bank, got to know that the brand factory told them that the product was sent to me after taking the money, which clearly indicates that the brand factory is a big fraud. It's been 1 month and I neither have the order nor my money of Rs 1159

                          I ordered a brand factory product but the quality of the products was not good, so I returned the product to brand factory. Brand Factory and their payment partner PayU mailed me on 25/03/22 informing you that the refund has been transferred to your account. But till date no amount has arrived in my account. When I asked the customer care of Brand Factory and they told me that the amount has been transferred from here. Please contact your bank, after that I contacted the bank but the bank told me and no amount has been transferred to your account. Please help me.

                            The refund in credit card policy is having 30 days validity that is totally wrong
                            It should be for 1 year validity
                            As every compang provide 1 year Validity for credit note which we get while returning an item

                            The money of customer is very imp you can’t just invalid it in 30 days it should be 1 year

                              Hi I am Wahab khan.I have purchased some clothes from brand factory kolkata which I exchanged later and too a credit note on behalf of it.Its been 4 days I have been visiting 2 to 3 stores of brand factory in kolkata but all are close and no information about it.Finaly I met a security guard and he said that it's been taken over by another company.I called the customer care executives but they did not provide me a proper response or solution.I am afraid my money will be wasted.Please help me regarding this matter.I still have my credit note with me.
