I have received my order.but size is too big .so i have to return.and most important I have ordered two jeans in 16th dec with cash on delivery.so one jean is 350rs and other one is 35o rs so finally the bill was 800rs including shipping charges.but i received one jean today.i paid 450 rs for one jean.whats the calculation?and size is not fit..so i have to return...

We have purchased clothes of more than Rs. 5000/- on date 6.11.2021. On payment, we have received two types of coupons.

One was hard voucher of Rs. 500/- for purchase from the store physically. We have redeemed same on 30.11.2021.

The second discount coupon was in form of code which was received by SMS. This discount code can be availed by online shopping before 31.12.2021. But some how the SMS was deleted mistakenly. Now we can not avail discount on online shopping in the absence of code.

You are kindly requested to reissue the code to (M) no. [protected].

My amount from future pay has been deducted. But as my google pay transaction failed. The amount on future is also not yet received. Nor do I see any incomplete order so that I can pay. This is so not good that the future pay debited the amount already without the complete transaction.

I had placed an order 5377286 on 15th nov with 7 items and there is no update on 2 items when I reached out to CC they told me that the 2 are canceled on 22 and ask me to order again but till date 30th there is no update on cancellation and refund
And I had similar problems with 25 th placed order 5405990 on 28th I contacted CC for above order on that time all products are placed but now showing 3 out of 6 was canceled

The all products are available but they are canceled and not refund the amount

I had placed an order on 19th November for 6 footwear items of which only 2 have been delivered. Third one was returned to origin (RTO) because of incorrect phone number so the delivery partner refused to deliver it. Fourth product was not even attempted to deliver as it was the same delivery partner. And the last two products have not been dispatched yet.

I tried to connect with their representatives to cancel the rest of my order but they haven't been taking any actions about it and my money has been stuck with them.

My refund order of RS 315 is debited whenever I ordered new but the order I have placed there it is not deducted my 315 rupees.so I hope you will deduct my money on my new order no:-5405985

I purchased yesterday online from pantaloons. But in my msg box name shows different and also mobile number shows different for otp from pantaloons.

Hi..Second time I have faced the issue in the same store, in my previous shopping I got a voucher of Ra1250. Content with 250 cash voucher +500 pantaloon + 500 for pantaloon online, To the redemption I have take a cloth of Rs 1698 and ask cash counter to redeem the Rs250+500 but they deny for redemption, then I was requested for the store manager they also did the same, I don’t understand why you guys are committed when person visit to your store if your unable to provide the service.at the end I have given all 1250 voucher to your store manager and went out from store.I will suggest pls don’t do that kind of promotion if your are not provide.other wise it will spoil will brand name.And after this experience that is for sure I will not visit again.

I have visited Pantaloons [protected]@Inorbit Mall, Vadodara, Gujarat
with my family on 25.10.2021. I had take a jogger jeans for my wife. But, she was not present with me at that time, And my child ran away outside of the store and by mistake I follow to catch her with that item. At that time siren was rang, So, I respectively said the staff and manager that was made by mistake.

But, The manager "Mukesh Prajapati" had Force me to buy a product, that was not a right fitting. And he and other staff member continuously follow me and my wife wherever we going to the store. It was ridiculous experience for us, And they treat us as a thief. So, I told him with very polite that don't follow us like this way.
So, he argue with very rudely tone. That was very embarrassing for us.

I am not going to personally, But you have to take strict action against this kind of behaviour.
So, next time no one have to face this kind of misbehaviour from the "Inorbit Mall, Vadodara, Gujarat" Staff.

With reference to the above subject, I would like to inform you that I had received wrong invoice through mail. The 10th October 2021, I had purchase three product from your SOUTH CITY kolkata store. The product code & price is actual of my product but the total amount which I paid is not match with the Invoice amount. I had paid 1267 but the invoice amount is 220. Please send me corrected invoice so that I can redeem the same from my employer. The details is attached herewith.
The details of price are (1199+299+299)-500 coupon+30 parking=1267 which paid through card but your invoice shows 220/-. Name also wrong.
Please do the needful & waiting for your reply.

Respected sir I order from Pantaloons order no.5091869 and after repeated complaints on customer service and write on e mail no satisfactory answer they told only that your refund is in process but after one month happened I don't get my refund please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I had shopping from Pantaloons Rajpur Road Dehradun on 04.09.2021, wherein Bharat pe POS machine was installed and I had the shopping of Rs 7822/- which was debited twice from my account. I made the complaint to my base branch PNB of which card I used, and even approached RBI, they told me that the amount has yet not been credited to the bank, so they are unable to refund me back.

I bought 2 same zink london tops (XL and S sizes) which shrank by almost 3 sizes post first wash. Tops were expensive as well, 1500/month. Didn't expect such low quality with such good brands like zink london and Pantaloons.

Today I shopped from Pantaloons for 7K. The cashier asked me if I wanted a bag which was obviously yes but I wasn't informed it's chargeable. As per my knowledge no retailer can charge us for paper bag. The bag isn't advertising Pantaloons but to charge for bag is not a part of any rule or policy. Either write it on counter that bag is chargeable so that we bring our own bag. When I saw the bill at home 7rs was charged. This isn't right at all.

My Order ID:5036711 with Return ID :[protected]. The product was ordered a month back on 4th Sep 21 and one of the product was returned around 9 Sep 21.I have send pantaloon couple of emails to get the partial refund for the t-shirt returned back but every time I receive an apology email with no refund yet. There customer services is highly unprofessional and filled with fake assurance. Very disappointing and my money has got stuck unnecessary. There website mentions that they refund the money but its been a month with 0 hope of getting the refund. Please do not buy from pantaloon online website until unless you are mentally prepared to loose your money.

I had placed an order of amount 4794 against order no.5032210. Due to some technical error from your end after amount being debited the payment was not reflected and hours later is was cancelled and refund was initiated. The amount was refunded in parts and 813 is not refunded out of the total invoice of several call made to your customer care dept. Really pathetic service.

I didn' t get my cashback of 250 rupees on airtel app due to wrong transcation by staff..very bad staff did not provide necessary information .They told me on next purchase they will deduct 250 but wen i visit there they denied ... Very disappointed with the service
