I bought a bell bottle denim jeans from pantaloons around mid June and I wore that 3 times and washed once... It's been one month I haven't weared it coz it got torn out and I am not able to go to the pantaloons since last one month because of my busy working hours.
I bought this denim bell bottom for Rs. 1500 and I am very unsatisfied with the shopping I had done. Very disappointing this is.

    I visited at your store pantaloons Rohini west store yesterday, and i came at Kids Section to purchase one product but your staff not attend to me and continue doing cheat chatting they were one female and one male staff and when i reached your cash counter, cashier told me that ma'am this product not showing in system and you have to wait 30mint otherwise take one product more so that i could bill manual and i noticed that every customer who has one product, they were facing situation

    i request you if you do not sell single product please mention it on your entrance so that customer save own time and money to and it is true very bad service customer got by your staff .

      We are selected pants at offer explained by store keeper.
      We did not get the same at cash counter. We have waited for more than 2 hours at your show room..
      This is not the first time we faced at your show room.
      The offer is buy for ₹2999/- and get ₹1000/- offer on purchase of Indigo Nation pants.
      We demand either the offer or our valuable time..
      This is very much pain ful for us to visit again at your show room.

        I did placed order in Brand Factory online with 'ORDER ID: 753241', as per their policy the product has to be delivered within 7 days of placing order. now it has been 12 days after placing order and it has not yet delivered. On 4th August i placed order from www.brandfactoryonline.com, they wont give Cash on delivery so i paid them 4999/- amount via online payment mode. When i track id it says it has reached the destination and out for delivery from 4 days. I am not getting any calls from the delivery agent.
        Brand Factory is sending sms from 4 days:
        Your BRANDFACTORYONLINE.COM order number 753241 is out for delivery today. Please be available at your address to receive the package.
        Also their delivery partner is also sending sms:
        [#] xxxxxxx is the OTP for accessing your Delhivery account - Delhivery.
        When the order is out for delivery why i am not getting any calls from their delivery partners, also when reached Brand Factory customer care executive they are telling they don't communicate with their delivery agent and they promised it will get deliver by 24 hrs after raising the complain on 11 August. Its wilful default from the Delhivery agent and Brand Factory unable to trace them. Also there is no option to cancel the order if its not getting delivered. I have already paid 4999/- on 4th August and part of Brand Factory and their delivery partner Delhivery not doing their part. How do i get the refund and due to their negligence i dont want to lose 4999/- my hard earned money.

        Concerned people take a look on this.

          I bought a belly by Forever Glam by Pantaloons few months back but due to corona I couldn't wear it.
          But I wore it today and my feet are in complete agony. My feet are swollen and there are blisters all over my feet. I was unable to walk due to such immense pain in my feet.
          I walked barefoot due to this bad bellies on the road.
          You guys charge so much for a normal belly, higher than what we get in local markets and still there is no comfort.
          Now what do I do with these belly, I can't wear it again.

          And also I have seen this belly selling in current pantaloons outlets.

          I want some solution to it.

            Dear Pantaloons team,

            Return order ID:[protected]

            I had placed an order through Pantaloons website for an amount of INR 2859, I had to return the order due to different issues. My original method of payment was through UPI, but the refund was given to me as Pantaloons credits. It is a huge amount for me and I need it back in my UPI. Please transfer the Pantaloons credit back to the UPI method I had used for payment.

              V.poor quality of track pants from brand ajile bought from pantaloons, margao...thdy also did not ezchange d product as i complained beyond 90 days...apart from this kurta by rangmanch brand was tattered...kindly look into the matter.

                I am writing this because I have not got proper answer from pantaloons even after 4 days of payment.

                I purchased cloths from pantaloons indore, and paid money from my debit card
                Money deducted from my account and they said they have not received money

                I asked them from failure receipt from pos machine so they said that there is no transaction made.

                They refused to give me cloths and refused to refund my money.

                I asked my bank so they said it has been paid to pantaloons

                I asked them to show me their account statement so they refused and ask guard to move me out of the shop.

                Pantaloons retail is looting middle class peoples by their fake pos transaction machine.

                Please do something against these looting shop.

                  The billing counter was queued up with the customers but the salesmen and the store manager were billing their own product on a priority basis keeping the customers stranded for more than 20 minutes. They were least bothered about the customers in the queue without billing their items. A couple of customers had left without complaining because of the delay. Only after raising my voice, they started the billing process for customers. This incident has taken place at about 3:45pm in the afternoon at Cuttack Pantaloons.

                        Same here...i purchased a lower for 800 rs which was already defective n got worse after 2 washes...however pantaloons never accepted their poor quality problem rather accused me of rough usage..have dexided never to recommend it to anyone ever.

                          I am a customer of your store since you have opened a stora at Gariahat Pantaloon, Kolkata.
                          Now I am a regular customer and also a continuous seven star member of your store. I am also having a insignia membership card.

                          I am writing to you to make you aware of the irresponsible and rude behavior of your staff namely Riya Das. Photo enclosed

                          I would like to register a complaint about the behavior of one of the staff Riya Das who is working as an executive of customer Service Desk at South City Mall, Kolkata.

                          I was informed by your store about the preview of sales and requested to visit your pantaloon store at Southcity mall, kolkata for take the opportunity as a valuable Customer.
                          On that basis my wife has gone to your store on 14th July, 2021 which is at South City Mall, Kolkata to purchase garments.

                          I was informed at the billing section that my insignia was expired on 28th June, 2021. I request that to extend the period as your store was closed so many days due to the Lockdown and we couldn't utilise the same though we have paid the fees of Insignia membership. The person requested politely to meet the customer desk, they may do so. Accordingly my wife has visited to the Customer Service Desk and requesting to extend the time since we could not purchase due to lock down.

                          But she is not interested to listen anything, first she told that store was closed only for 10 days, then told 10-15 days and again told less then 1 month. When I requested I have paid the membership fees for insignia membership and I couldn't not purchase due to lock down and as per your view it can be extended 1 month.
                          But she behaves as if I am begging for this and she is the boss of the stores and I am the employee under her and she misbehaved me told rudely without listening anything. She told give a complain, I will take action.

                          I don't know who is she to take action and against whom she will take action.

                          So I am totally disappointed with the behaviour of your staff.
                          I have purchased the garments and I have to pay 10% extra since I can not use the insignia membership card.

                          So far my knowledge the person of the customer service desk are to help the customers and guide the customers. But Riya Das is not a fit candidate to be a employee of Customer Service desk at all.

                          I request you to issue me a credit note of those amount and also take appropriate action against Riya Das and also I need a apology letter from Riya Das immediately for her behaviour towards my wife.

                          I am waiting for a quick reply from your end.

                            We stood at the counter for more than 50 min . Customer executive said billing for 1 product is taking too long and unnecessary forcing us to buy and harassing us. I told him we have to go.to attend function still no response . He did billing for many other who were buying in bulk, if there is any compulsion of buying more than 1 product then it should be put at the billing counter. I told him yesterday also we came to buy then y would we buy if we don't want. Kindly clarify who will bear the pain of wasting time. Advise

                              My order id is:4558946 and return id is:3932043. The product got delivered after seven days i ordered it. I requested my return on 25th May 2021 and the product got picked up by the courier partner Shadow Fax on the very next day (26th May) morning. It's been about a month since I don't have any track record of the product and they certainly did not initiate the amount of Rs 999.00 to my bank account. As per Pantaloons refund policy estimated- refund within Ten business days from the date of return initiation.

                              I've written a complaint here before and emailed the pantaloons customer care mail address. They mailed be back assuring to have the refund within 13 business days. But i didn't get a penny from them. Is this your business strategy? Looting money unethically from customers? I don't think I'll ever be able to put my trust in pantaloons services.

                              Apparently they are not keeping their words. It is very unexpected and disappointing as a long term customer of Pantaloons. I am hoping to get my refund very soon.

                              * I'm attaching all the necessary documents. If anyone reading this complaint, beware. Do not make the same mistakes i did. Do not buy anything from these robbers.

They replied within 2days asking me to wait for more 13 days. Being dissatisfied i mailed them again after one month of the pickup date. They replied asking me the product's AWB no., LSP name and date of return. After providing them with the details they finally initiated the refund, which reflected in my account within 2days. I had to wait for more than a month to get my money back. Thank you for getting me my refund back. I'm grateful for not losing my hard earned money. Everyone can't be consistent with their customer service, but don't give up. Keep trying...

                                Dear team, I did shopping at Rohtak Pantaloon showroom on 18th June and paid the amount 678 INR via UPI mode but payment sent twice and same time I communicated to sote manager, he took my contact number and assured me to get the amount refunded but till now I haven't received my amount in my account.

                                I revisited their showroom to check the status and again I was assured that amount will be refunded but all in vain can you please help

                                    I had visited the pantaloon showroom in sgs mall in pune mg road and was shown trouser with three different fittings like custom fit, ultra slim fit and slim fit and was assured by the salesman Ganesh that it will fit . Just because of the pandaemic the trial room was not functional the salesman assured me of exchange if it did not fit me and as the length of the trouser was long I gave it to them for alterations., I recd my altered trouser the next day and when I tried it at my residence it was not fitting my waist bcse of the wrong size given by the salesman, when I called citing my problem they flatly refused to exchange saying it’s not our company policy .
                                    Now is this a company running a fraud business where a customer who comes and spend 7000 and in return it gets back this answer
                                    This is nothing but fooling the customer and I am shocked this is happening with a aditya Birla group of company whose name stands for customer satisfaction
                                    On top of it the senior representative was very rude and challenged me to go to higher authorities.. post pandaemic where people are financially struggling to cope up I feel I have been looted and conned
                                    Kindly address my problem as I am not a resident of pune and want to return back to my home in mumbai but have been stranded with this nonsense stand of your company

                                      I called your helpline number today by 7.30 pm and was spoken to Ms Sonal (Relationship Manager) to get clarification about e gift voucher code.. I asked her multiple times that if I remove gift voucher code from the column before proceeding the transaction, will I able to use the same voucher code or not.. She assured that if the code is not used then I can remove the code and can use it again... After that I removed the code from the column and post adding some more products to the card I entered the code in the column but it was not taken and got pop up stating that the code was already used..

                                      I request you to resolve this as soon as possible so that I can use my code before expiry..

                                        It's been 7 days since I posted this complaint and being impatient, I emailed the official customer care mail address of pantaloons. They replied the next day assuring me that the refund will be processed within 13 business days from the day their courier partner has picked up the product. As the product was picked up by Shadow Fax courier service on 26.05.2021, today it's been 12 business days. So i'm gonna wait some more, try to bear with them. I hope they won't disappoint me this time.
