I called your helpline number today by 7.30 pm and was spoken to Ms Sonal (Relationship Manager) to get clarification about e gift voucher code.. I asked her multiple times that if I remove gift voucher code from the column before proceeding the transaction, will I able to use the same voucher code or not.. She assured that if the code is not used then I can remove the code and can use it again... After that I removed the code from the column and post adding some more products to the card I entered the code in the column but it was not taken and got pop up stating that the code was already used..

I request you to resolve this as soon as possible so that I can use my code before expiry..

My order id is:4558946 and return id is:3932043. The product got delivered after seven days i ordered it. I requested my return on 25th May 2021 and the product got picked up by the courier partner Shadow Fax on the very next day morning. It's been ten days since I don't have any track record of the product and they certainly did not initiate the amount of Rs 999.00 to my bank account. As per Pantaloons refund policy estimated- refund within Ten business days from the date of return initiation.
Apparently they are not keeping their words. It is very unexpected and disappointing as a long term customer of Pantaloons. I am hoping to get my refund very soon.

I had ordered a People Blue Jeans(size-32) price 1299 from pantaloons on date 22 may 2021 and it got delivered on 27 may 2021. when I opened the pakage it had leggings priced only199. which was way different than what I ordered. even after multiple complaints theirs courier partner does not pick up the return because pantaloons is not nit telling them the reson that I had a different product to return which i received in place of jeans. this is becoming so much frustrating. please give a solution.

i have purchased the t shirt 14 march-2021 but it was old and worst quality wise it is used in one day and scrach in many place after that many time on phone i also inform but on one is not caring about my complaints

On 11th may i did shopping of 3 items from pantaloons lachit nagar, guwahati, assam -worth 4097 rupees through debit card, i got message from axis bank that money was deducted from accoubt but the counter lady said there was no billing and any money deducted will refund in my account in 2-3 days and i left what i bought from there and she said as there is no billing items cannot be given, i complained to axis bank about this and on 15th may money was refunded to my account, but on 17 may 4097 rs is deducted from my accoubt from pantaloons bank, i spoke to axis bank about tjis they said that on 11 may pantaloons bank transaction failed but on 17th may it succeeded so money got deducted, i want my money back as i didnot take my items too and no bill is generated, i attaching all the message proofs and my account statement from 11 may 2021 - 17may 2021.

The top is from brand "Latin Quarters" purchased from P116 Pantaloons logix mall Wave city centre, Noida on 7th March 2021 . It was available at discounted rate in offer of women's day. The quality is extremely poor it has reduced to half of its size after a wash. And it started showing small lintballs( kapde ke Roye ) while wearing it for the first time.

Kindly provide replacement or refund of my hard earned money.

I left pantaloon in the year of 2012 and did not withdraw my pf amount. Pantaloon acquired by Aditya Birla now and i don't have any idea on how to withdraw my pf. The establishment id status shows as closed. Please help me in this regard. ;

When I visit the store burdwan pantaloons. Then I feel the store weather ...very hot weather . And ac not working.

They gave an code of offer 1000 while I tried to put that in their online store while purchasing an item it showed coupon does not exist. They told that that coupon is only for online shopping, valid till 4th April, available for the brands originating to pantaloons..and I follwed all but still it bittraed 😑😑

Is there credit note facility available?

Yesterday, I visited Pantaloons, “Megatherm Tower, Plot L 1, Block GP, Sector 5, [protected] Salt Lake City, Kolkata 700091 WB IND” to exchange my previously bought TOP for my family member, and on return I received a damage old used top from the same shop.

Please let me know what I will have to do to get refund or exchange again. This is your responsibility to keeping old used material to your pantaloons shop.

I had ordered for few products on pantaloons.com and made a payment through Gpay after using a promo code. The order was made on 15th March. The amount got debited from my account and pantaloons is saying that they haven't received it. Till date the money hasn't been refunded and there is no support from the customer care. The promotion code I had is also showing invalid. I requested for an alternate promo code but I was told that they will activate the old one. Till date that too hasn't been done.
Everyday the customer care executive calls and says there is no update mam. Wait 3-5 more. I had also requested to connect me to a supervisor but that too wasn't done.
I'm utterly disappointed with pantaloons customer support. Need help ASAP.

They are forcing us to buy more than 1product, saying us that only one product cannot be billed. And after that they started to talk very rudely and harshly and got very furious! Pantaloons, aligarh is the worst outlet ever and they should be shut down as soon as possible! Worst shop ever!

The product has been picked up in Jan but I still haven't received the refund. No help from customer support as well.

I am standing on Pantaloons store in GIP Noida, UP.
The Billing services are worst there are 5 billing Counters but only 2 people are on billing which takes 15 - 25 min to settle one bill.
It's really irritating standing useless on counters due to less staff.
This is not acceptable when we are standing in india's leading store.

On March 7, 2021, I made a purchase of Rs. 1704/- at Pantaloons, GIP Mall, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

At the billing counter, I made the payment via Gpay (UPI). While the payment via Gpay was in process, the lady informed me that she hasn't received the money and asked me to do it via Paytm wallet. So, I made the payment via Paytm wallet. This way, the money got deducted twice and credited to pantaloons twice for one transaction....

I would like to bring to your notice, some incident that happened at Pantaloon outlet in Phoenix Marketcity Whitefield Bengaluru.
I could have just gone with this review on all social media but I thought, I should first let you know about our ordeal at this outlet.
I understand that it takes a lot to build a brand and it is very easy to tarnish one's image.

I have been a fan of the quality and variety of your Brand Pentaloon.
We recently relocated from the US to Bengaluru India, and we have been shopping with Pentaloos for our family clothing. You can check this with my account with you.
I sincerely hope that you would take proper action and compensate us for our mental harassment at this particular outlet.

Incident:
Date -- 5th March between 8:00 PM to 9:30PM
Place -- Pantaloon Outlet at Phoenix Marketcity, whitefield, Bengaluru.

Concern : Male attendant deployed at ladies Fitting Room.

My wife was trying out some clothes and she was the only one who was trying out some clothes at the exclusive ladies Fitting Room.
There was this male attendant who was deployed, who used to peep from the entrance ally of the Fitting rooms, each time she came out to show me the
clothes that she was trying out.
Both me and my wife found it very awkward and shocking at his behaviour.

When we confronted him about his behavior, he said that he wanted to pick the tried clothes, when there were no clothes to be picked the bit was empty.
Then further he said that he wants to check if people are stealing the clothes (???). you have beepers and tak attached to the clothes and a guard
at the exit who check the bills already, so how can one steal in the fitting room, you need to check for theft after one has come out of the Fitting
room and walking out of the store.
He was very rude and started speaking in Kannada and sort of threatened us for us being an outsider, while my wife is a Kannadiga.

Then we wanted meet the manager, so I requested the other employees to call their store Manager, since it was taking time, I called over phone to the
store number thinking that I can talked to the manager, while I was in the store.
LYING EMPLOYEE: Over the phone, I was told by a male employee that the manager had left the store, while, by then, the Manager Mr. Amresh (if I remember correctly)
and the Deptt Manager Mr. Bala had already reached us near the Ladies Fitting Room where the incident had occurred.
Now I put the phone on speaker and asked the employee to repeat in from of his manager, and he said again "Yes Sir the manager has left and I am also leaving"
This was shocking for us.

However, the Manager could not justify the placement of the male attendant at the Ladies Fitting room and didn't seem to even apologize.
Also we were so hurt by the incident and the theft theory given to us by the attendant that I had already paid for three apparels for my kids worth INR 1554.00,
I just left those paid items with the Manager and walked out of the store.
I have attached the invoice here for those paid items that I left there with the store manager as I do not want my kids and my family to wear anything from a Brand,
whose outlets are so insensitive towards women, I have never seen such incident in The US.

Nobody tried to reach out to us and I am not sure what they did with the piad items that I left there.

Also, we visited lifestyle, Reliance Trends and found all the ladies change rooms had Female attendants even at 9:30 PM, on 5th March 2021.

I am hoping that being a Brand which has been once endorsed by the like of Mr. Amitabh Bachhan, would act as per its glory and try to restore our faith in the Brand once more,
failing which, I am sorry, but I will have to stop using your Brand and let others know about our ordeal.

We were lucky that we did not take some of our US friends, who wanted to visit your store for some Indian clothings, else, just imagine, what impression they would have had about such great Brand Pantaloons and the people of our country.

I still have a lot of faith that you would do the needful to address this complaint.

Hi this is sridhar from Chennai, I bought one jeans pant in Pantaloons Porur brach, I used only 4 times but the jeans loser & loser very poor product ..brand name BARE DENIM.. Really disappointed with your product..

I have purchased tshirt from pantalooms kolhapur maharashtra.
After next day i want to change tshirt size but they raised query and not exchang tshirt and behaiver is good.

I have not received my parcel & it is showing Delivered on net. I have complaint several times but Pantaloons is not responding. They only give assurance but neither delivering my product nor refunding my amount. I am tired of calling them everyday.
