I returned my product on 27 jan 2021 but i have
not received any refund yet against my order no 4173037. My return Id is 3612619. As per pantaloons refund policy Estimated Refund - Within ten business days from the date of return initiation.
I sent email but they didnt reply
This time pantaloons service really disappointed me

I am really much disappointed with Pantaloons... had written many emails, made phone calls but still things are not working for me. So this time I am writing with all to hopes to resolve all issues... please resolve my below queries -

1. please refund my money which I must get in return from Return ID : 3452173, 3597116, 3597122, 3452194 and 3452181. These clothes have been returned ages ago but my refund is not confirmed yet.

2. On 28 dec 2020 I placed an order 4094939 and cancelled it hand to hand before it got confirmed... I received Pantaloons credit on the same day but the payment amount of 509 rs made through Payment has not been returned after spending more than a month.

3. For Return ID: 3452181 current status is showing Refunded but I haven't got any money for this.
Kindly resolve my above queries as soon as possible and refund my money which is approx 4.5k.

I am Sandesh Gn was working in Pantaloons 01/08/2012 at Gopalan Mall near Jayadeva hospital, Bangalore. I want to transfer my pf amount but there is no hr office to visit for the same company and there is no UAN number provided in my payslip. Please provide me with the same UAN number or transfer my pf amount to my new UAN.

I, B.Sowjanya, have made a purchase on pantaloons on 09 jan 2021 amounting Rs.2378(order I’d: 4143500)through phonepe upi but cancelled the order for which refund hasn’t been reflected in my bank account yet.In the website it is showing refunded but not received in my account.I have also provided bank statements and conversations with phonepe, they have nothing to do with the refund until and unless pantaloons provide refund reference number.contacted merchant but provided me wrong ARN I.e.,[protected]which is actually my utr for the purchase)

It's very sad and disappointing to say that due to size issue, I returned an item on 26 dec2020, order number 4067238.since then I've been continuously calling customer service but it's been a month the refund has not been made from you.
A trustworthy brand(the customers used to think) pantaloons has lost many trusts of the customers including me.Waiting for my return since last month and getting a careless and irresponsible reply from your side. I need to lodge a legal complaint against you so that you won't befool the honest customers.
A very disappointing experience with pantaloons 😡😡

Pantaloons say that they can't exchange the product but then the sales person who sold me the product said that I can exchange it within 30 days at any pantaloons store and now they say I cant exchange it. Like then why did the salesman say this. This needs to be resolved and I should get it changed

I have returned two product on 14th of December, 2020 and thereafter I call at pantaloons helpline and one of the representative said when the product pickedup successfully from your side on from that date it will take maximum of 12-13 business days to get the refund.Still as per policy I call after 12 days and continuously also and they said there is some technical issues and sometimes told u will get an update by tomorrow.
After few days, on 1-1-2021 I call again and one of the representative will raised my complaint regarding for the refund vide complaint id-[protected] and told me within max of 5-7 working days u will surely get the refund from our side.
'Still NO REFUND till date as per policy'
As approx 30 days has been gone to be over but NO REFUND

Order I'd -3977731, bare denim ice solid jeans
I ordered the product on approx 24/11/2020 thereafter, product not delivered within promised date and I have raised a complaint on 11/12/2020 vide complaint id [protected] and they told it will take maximum of 5-7 working days to resolve this issue n get u an update, still I call continuously after 7 days they said there is some technical issues and sometimes said u will surely get an update from our team by tomorrow and after all no update or call and said complaint has closed from our side.
On 25/12/2020, a fresh complaint lodged and escalate to seniors team vide complaint id [protected], still same as earlier matter, the date has gone over ...No Refund Till Date
(More than 1.5 months has gone but no pantaloons officer can told the correct update)

I raised a return request for my purchase, the items were collected the very next day and I was told that I will get the refund within 5-6 working days. Haven't got the refund yet and every week I have to call the customer service and they say that the refund was initiated but failed and this time we will escalate the issue.

I ordered solly jeans using my 1000 rs voucher.
But the jeans was not comfortable so I asked your executive can I return the product and get my voucher money back/ can I use my voucher again. Then he assured me that I will get voucher money back so I placed return request.
After few days I called to enquire about my refund status but then another executive informed me that I won't receive voucher money back. Also he informed me that I will get my refund within 12 working days.
Till date I have not received any refund. Today on 4 Jan 2021 I talked to one of your executive and asked them to raise a complaint and connect me to concerned department. She refused to do so .
So I am left with no choice but to take legal remedies against Pantaloons.
Kindly resolve all my concerns before 6th Jan 2021. Thanking you in advance.

I had ordered a dark brown slim fit trouser from pantaloons on dec 26 and received it on 31 dec which was totally damaged and too small sized, then i initiated return, the delivery boy reverse picked up and they told me i will receive the refund after the parcel reaches the warehouse. Still no sign of refund, they have pathetic useless service, constantly cheating the customers. I have called customer care they said that within 13 days from the day you returned but still no sign of refund. My order was cod and they told shipping charges of 100rs will not be refunded which was due to their mistake i received damaged product for which i have to pay the charges.
Acc to their company's useless policy to cheat customers.

Updated by Shubham Behera edit- They are telling me i will get the refund in pantaloon accounut as a credit which will be useless for me as i wouldnt further order anything from them, and they said that shipping charges will not be refunded which is 100rs.
( Damaged trouser price rs 500 + 100rs useless shipping charges )

I had bought these french connection sunglasses thy had 2 colour the brown onewas defected so then i had to buy the blue one the sales man removed the blue one n in the end after i billed up after coming home i see he gave the brown one which was defected thats y dint wanna buy basically i have fooled over my money .I bought this from Phoneix Mall Pune .Pathetic staff & after i paid thy even said thy dnt have a french connection glares pouch n ended up giving sme other company pouch.I am vry disappointed.Bought these glares on 3jan 2021.

I had choosen french connection glares in blue as brown one was defected after coming home i have seen the brown piece was given to me rather than the blue piece at phoneix market pune dint expect this the trust factor is finished.

Pantaloons is the worst company when it comes to solve customer complaints. I have mailed them twice and called them to stop promotional messages on my number but still, it's bombarding. What do you want, Pantaloons?? Earlier, I thought of buying your products but now neither I'll buy your products nor recommend you to anyone. And for the other people, don't do the mistake of giving your mobile number to them. They'll spam you like anything.
