Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — Breach of warranty claims by the company | |
On 16th November I bought two Products from Pantaloons website. They products didn't fit me well so I opted for their return policy. Till date no one came to pick up the Products. Everytime I call Pantaloons they give me dates and weeks to wait. Mr. Rohit from customer care Pantaloons promised the pick will happen surely on 4dec which is today. But today also no pick up happened. I called Pantaloons again and again today Mr. Adil told me to wait and wait. What happened to 5-7days pick up policy?? Also they claim to have tried sending pickup agents twice and both the times they claim to not reach me. While the ''successfully found my address to deliver these products which I am trying to return''. What is the logic ? Was this information helpful? | |
