Purchased clothing on 10/07/2018 from pantaloons (Jamshedpur) went to replace one shirt the other day. Could not choice any thing to replace, the service desk gave us a credit note link to the registered mobile number. They asked us that you can use this credit note within a month in any of the pantaloons in india. In a week i got a message from the outlet of thank you for purchasing. On complaining to its customer care, they informed us that your credit note is used by someone they named as suresh bhai from rajasthan. I am not aware of any such person. Please sort it.
