[Resolved] Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — Defect product sold | |||
I just spent Rs. 2, 350 on a Baggit bag yesterday in your pantaloons showroom located on Brigade road yesterday. I am so angry and frustrated that the bag is a defect piece as the baggit logo itself came off today and there are two holes underneath. I don't even want to get a replacement of it as I have lost the trust in you guys. Not sure if the products you sell are even authentic. Just let me know how do I return it and get my money back.
