Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — discount written but billed full amount | |||
I shopped at pantaloons yesterday and the lady at john players told me if i buy 1 product, i get 40% off but if i buy more then 1, i will get 50% off. So i bought 3 jeans and 3 shirts. I just checked the bill and saw that i was given 40% discount for 3 jeans but charged full for the shirts. This is a big company and you can't say one thing and then fool your customers in the end. I have added a copy of my receipt number for reference. Was this information helpful? | |||

From Bareilly Pantaloons in Pheonix Mall. Staff is totally unprofessional and not trained for the products. No one stand on the company clothing to guide. Also if you ask anything they are not aware and they say company doesn't make of this size. This is very bad.
