I called your helpline number today by 7.30 pm and was spoken to Ms Sonal (Relationship Manager) to get clarification about e gift voucher code.. I asked her multiple times that if I remove gift voucher code from the column before proceeding the transaction, will I able to use the same voucher code or not.. She assured that if the code is not used then I can remove the code and can use it again... After that I removed the code from the column and post adding some more products to the card I entered the code in the column but it was not taken and got pop up stating that the code was already used..
I request you to resolve this as soon as possible so that I can use my code before expiry..
