[Resolved]  Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — Exchange of articles purchased

I purchased 10 shirts from PFO DUNLOP on 06.09.2016. I was not informed of No Exchange policy before payment of bills.When I wanted to exchange one of the lot for a bigger size, your floor personnel expressed their inability.What is my recourse?On the bill, however, a rubber stamp"NO EXCHANGE" was affixed.The related receipt no is 0001911 dtd.06.09.16. Please see.

Namaste!

We would like to share with you that garments sold at our Factory outlet are discounted and hence the Factory Outlet does not have exchange or replacement facility. The policy is mentioned on the reverse of the bill as well as is mentioned at the store.
