I have purchased a sweatshirt last month in pantaloon store located in Kanpur and gifted the same to my relatives who are residing in ongole, Andhra pradesh. But later we have found out that one of the hands is shorter. Now we need to exchange it.Can we do it in the pantaloon store located in Ongole instead of Kanpur.We are having the invoice of the same.
