It is not a system to charge it
You do not sale without profit
No one go to your shop with bag
You should write a bord in your front of shop carry bag is chargeable for you if you purchase anything you shouldn't be charge any cost of any bag if we go any other shop then shopkeeper do not charge for any carry bag but in pantlooms demand for charge
