[Resolved] Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — I am complaining about the service render to customer by mrs smriti, posted at kankurgachi, kolkata. | |||||
Please note that i have purchased 5 trousers and three shirts from your pantaloon, kakuganchi on 26.06.2017. And placed it to your altering section which situated within customer service section at ground floor of said pantaloon For alteration work. My delivery date was 02.07.2017. Out of those five pants 3alteration work in the name of my son bearing receive no 3610 and in my bearing no 3611 st.26.062017. I have lost one memo no 3610 during transit on approach your service manager who is very nice and we'll behave man told me that to bring i/card of my son with a copy of possible otherwise he may arrange to make the copy.in absence of your manager i approach to delivery man with card to take delivery with requesting that to arrange copy of the lost receipt. He then Refer to mrs semitic who refuse to do so and behave rudely with me and forced a man of 65years to walk 1/2 k. M for getting The copy. After my arriving with the copy i found your service manager who asked them why they harassed a sr. Citizen. Now, i am complaining against mrs.
