Today we purchased clothes of 6000/- and there is an offer of assured gift on purchasing on 6000/-. It is not mentioned clearly by paying 999/- extra after 6k purchase. I paid the amount and next moment, i realised i will not go for this option and asked to adjust the amount by another dress.
The cashier is not atall coperative as per him it couldnot be adjusted once it is entered in systems.
Does this the way pantaloon servicing the customers?
Being one of the best retail shop pantaloon,
Why such kind of rule to make customer fool by not cancelling/adjusting the paid amount 999?
Behaving like cheap roadside seller once purchased will not be cancelled/creditnote?
Even in conditions there is nothing mentioned like once the offer purcaesd by adding extra 999 cant be cancelled.
I have not use even get the offer coupon and requested repeatedly for adjusrment which denied and forced to use it.
Even i contacted the tollfree number andthey asked the cashier to lookinto. After that also nothing happen.
Please have a look. I need to know is this the way pantaloon services in future?
If yes why pantaloon taking such idea to making people fool?
It should be clearly mentioned in bill it will nt be cancelled /adjusted once purchased fr extra amount paid by cusomer.
