Respected sir, I have bought a footwear of ajile from one of your store at siliguri on 15th jan 2018 but after a one wash the colour was fade out and was totally washed out... I have even went to that store for the complaint but they said that they dont have any norms of defective regarding footwear... But in 6 days the manufacturing defect should be taken... Or some steps should be taken for quality test... I can understand your company norms but some steps should be take be taken to resolve the problem, and i am totally disappionted with your company norms and staff satisfaction.
