[Resolved] Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — Not getting deserving benefits because of employer's carelessness | |||||
Hiii..in July 2016 Guwahati Pantaloons employee took my green card telling me about cardless shopping.They deactivated my card & told that registered mobile no is enough to avail all benefits.But after that whenever I go for shopping, at billing counter on feeding my no it shows card deactivated but at consumer care desk computer my account details open up.Now the problem is I can't redeem my points as well as can't avail my 7%extra discount ( I am a 7 star green card member) as my card appears deactivated and after every shopping I go to customer care to get my points upgraded &inspite of several Complaints at their consumer help desk they couldn't resolve it.Question is how can I redeem my points & how can I get that extra 7%discount on all that shopping I did since july16.I am highly dis appointed with their attitude regarding my discomfort i face during shopping moving from billing counter to help desk everytime & monetary loss too.All promotional alerts & shopping SMS come to my no.regularly.seriousally unhappy.
