Dear pantallon team,
I'm totally disappointed with your service for providing gift card.. I'm frequent buyer for the gift card your online store.. This time by mistakenly selected egift card against physical gift card... I'm raising the concern to your woohoo team... They said not possible to transfer the money to physical against e-gift card.. Finally they told that again you pay 18000 for e gift card.. Then we refund the your amount.. Is they way to treated the customer... How i belive to the place the order again... I'm totally disappointed way your service to the customer. I agreed my mistake.. But never i'm get the resolution. Very cheated call centre and website woohoo.
