I had placed above mentioned online order on 20.09.2020 Though order amount was immediately debited from my credit card. To my utter surprise i didn't receive any order confirmation on email or phone If at all due to any technical issues my order was not confirmed how the customer is supposed to know that his/her order is not confirmed. It is only that after 36 hours of order submission i called up pantaloon customer care and was shocked to know my order processing was unsuccessful. Check my call records 8.45 pm. Such a big brand nàme called pantaloon and such pathetic service. If at all my order amount is refunded and again i reorder than what is the guarantee that due to this time elapsed if at all the product gets stock than who is to be blamed? Iam sure soft target is technical or network issues. History is witness many big big companies have shattered as they knew how to sell but when it comes to after sales service they go berserk. Customer service staff are trained in such a way that they repeat only 2 words sorry /apologise or technical issues. Trust its not a question of my order. It's pantaloons good will at stake. Stop giving baseless excuses and try to save blemishing/tarnishing image of such a wonderful brand Knock knock management of pantaloon open your ears and eyes before it gets too late.
