I purchased a shirt and a pair of jeans from pantaloons outlet at paras downtown mall at zirakpur, punjab on 16.02.2019. Despite the fact that they can not charge an extra amount in a bill for issuing carry bag as per cosumer court guidelines/judgments, they still charged extra amount i. E. Price of carry bag.in the bill they have mentioned carry bag as parbag-15 so that if somebody filed a consumer complaint they can take a defence that we didn't charged for carry bag.
