Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — product return

On 3rd June I placed an order (Order no[protected].Today I got the delivery.I found 1product smaller size & 1 slight defective
product.So I want to return these 2 products out of 5 .I purchased through online, But I am unable to find return procedure.Kindly help ASAP. Your customer care support number also disconnected after few seconds.So please look into this matter urgently & Revert back.

As per law carry bags are free of cost at every retail shop, but pantaloons still charging Rs 7/- for their carry bags.

Please take a necessary action against Pantaloons
