I had bought a rangmanch kurta a few days before the pujas. I wore it just once, during the durga puja. I had unfortunately got caught in a heavy shower. I got completely drenched. To my shock, i saw that the white portion of the dress had gone red as the red colour from the top and bottom lining had bled into the white portion. I do not have the bill for the purchase of the product. I had purchased it from south city pantaloons outlet in kolkata. I hope for a positive response and a sure redress from such a renowned brand.

Pantaloons Fashion & Retail Customer Care's response Hi Srabonee, we usually exchange garments within 1 month for non-members and 90 days for members provided garment is unused, tags are intact and have the invoice copy. However, if you could help us with your registered mobile number and the location of the store you visited, we can check other exchange options for you.
