[Resolved] Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — Redressal service is pathetic | |||||
I had gone to the ballygunge pantaloons store today to exchange my annabelle shirt at around 3:30pm and lost my credit note due to d huge rush but to my surprise the customer care woman was not in the mood to help me!! When i confirmed to her that the credit note shows d customer name n id (As shown by the kind billing staff) she went on to ask me my id which i provided.. Then when she had nothing else to say she said that any person with my name and my exact credit note of 799/- could avail, i asked her to go n inform at the billing counter to be aware of any credit notes with my name and exact 799/- amt; which she did after a lot of request but without much effort she easily n happily said that she cant help me! We would like share with you that the reason we require hard copy is to establish true ownership of the credit note. We hope you understand that credit note lost is equivalent to currency lost as the same can redeemed by anyone who finds the lost note. We know this is a concern for our customers and we’re exploring e-credit note via SMS as a solution.
