[Resolved] Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — regarding exchange | |||
Hello sir, This is in reference to the merchandise which i brought from thane, pantaloons store, viviana mall on 13oct 2019 Ibrought a green dress from and brand to gift it tosome which costed me around 5000inr Due to some problem in product or system that i don't know their system couldn't scan barcode of that dress so staff there names varsha exchanged the label of that dress with another dress manually That time only i felt something fishy i asked her there should not be any problem in exchange she said no problem will be there u can exchange till 3 months Then within 3 days i brought that dress for color exchange they behavved very rudely to me and said they won't exchange now stating that the dress has been used. I have not even touched that manually altered labels or barcode which they did during billing without that how can someone use that And if it comes to altered merchandise then this merchandise had already lost its originality while billing-as they did exchange label or barcode of another dress to it so how can i keep this altered merchandise to gift I hope u understand my problem and resolve it quickly Was this information helpful? | |||
