[Resolved] Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — return of kurta | |||
I have purchased a kurta on 10 mar.19 of rangmanch from pantaloons of exhibition road. But when i wore that in the next day, i found the fabric of kurta tampered. When i visited the store on 14mar.19 they denied the return saying that this is not their fault. Practically the fabric quality is not good. I have paid 999 for the kurta, is it ethical to not return the dress? Kindly look into the matter as i m feeling deceived after shopping at ur store despite being regular shopper or ur store Was this information helpful? | |||
