The ac of the store is not working and it is extremely suffocating. When enquired about the issue, the store manager is ignorant and is not willing to answer or rectify the problem. Even though the store has good merchandise, the customer cannot stay for more than 15 mins. The store manager and person is not at all interested in listening to even to customer. I bought a T-shirt from pantaloons Kankurgachi kolkata, brand was United colours of Benetton. Just wored it once and in one wash the neck is already out of shape, don't think the fabric is good! Please tell me what to do! Very disappointed
