[Resolved] Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — why extra charge for shopping bag | |||
On july 21, 2019 i purchased a shirt and a t-shirt and i have been charged rs 5/- for the shipping bag although there is a clear government notification that no retailer can charge extra charge for shopping bag.. When i enquired with the sale person he said pantaloon can charge.. My question is after having such instructions from government how can they charge extra?? R they making its customers fool??
