Hi, I went to mall and i selected some clothing and went for billing. I stood for more than half-an-hour for billing and there was only one customer standing before me for billing. I asked staff there what is the issue why is it getting late. There was no response from them. Instead they left from billing counter. Most worst experience i have ever faced. I hated the billing process and i throwed all the clothing stuff in mall and left the shop. They made me so frustrated. Is customer satisfaction not important to your organisation?? What kind of training are you giving to your billing staff. Will it take more than half-an-hour for a single person to bill. First try to train your billing staff first. I cannot explain my pain i went through in words. I spend more time and selected some clothing finally i did not buy anything because of your billing process. I thought to give reviews on your review machine at billing counter even that was not working. Why do you put review machines if they are not working. Are they for showcase?
