Hello,

i online order one tablet using this website --> http://www.pantel.in

there is one tablet, i like it, and i pre-book this product model number : T-Pad IS701R With BSNL , after one month of waiting, they people email me at my id : [protected]@kmwebsoft.in, with delivery ready information email with payment details, and amount of payment, and product delivery time., they told me (96 hours) for Gujarat delivery after payment.

Total Payment Amount is : Rs.3749/-

there is one challan of punjab national bank, attached with email, before filling challan i contact this company using there contacts number that given into at his website's contact detail page. link is given bellow :

after complete all process related to payment, i done payment in rajkot Punjab national bank - branch code : JC-RAJKOT,

payment done date is : 26/05/2012, this date to today's date, i'm not get this product from this chitter company, and there is no any mail reply regarding this, 3 days ago, i send one warning email to them, "if you not reply within 48 hours, then i will go for consumer corum, as well as police station and note down F.I.R. against you", but they people not make any reply during 48 hours, so, i write this complain to you.

any there are many contact number on this website, but all phones are puted on busy mode or divert to any busy device machine, so, there are no any contact way to talk with them.

i booked this product using bellow given url,

they people run this website and cheat many people every day.

please do something, and take action., please solve my problem please.....

I am fully agree with above complaint.

This is fraud company. They are not capable to make the product what they claim. I had very bitter experience with them. My IS701 was literally a garbage. I sent it back and ask for refund. They have replaced with one another tab 709 which is not listed or mentioned in their web. This tab don't have connectivity by using recommended dongle. They have recommended to use Airtel Huewai E1731. I bought the same. Now they are telling this is not supportive. I need to use E173Bu-1 which they no where mentioned. My Rs.1500/- spent of Dongle and Rs.300 spent on recharge is in vain. The main purpose of buying this Tablet is portable internet. If this purpose is not served then what is the use. It is just a tiff-in box. I have spent lot of time & money for calling and writing them.

My simple suggestion NOT TO BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCT. It is a waste.

    I ordered Pantel & BSNL T Pad in April 2012.(PENT0044745) through Bank A/C transfer by PNB Bank ID-M572367 on 3rd May 2012.
    I paid Rs 3500/ for Pantel T Pad and BSNL SIM CARD. Other charges including bank charges & freight charges were also paid.
    I received T Pad on 17th May by Gati courier, but i didn't get The BSNL SIM card along with Tpad , in fact the bill that I received along with Tpad is of Rs 3250/ .There was no mention of SIM Card or its charges in the bill and no communication was made in respect of receiving the SIM card or other option.
    I called Pantel Noida office several times but no convincing answer was given to me.
    On using the Pantel T pad i found that after regular use for 10 days there was a problem in the LCD display.I reported it to the service center in Jaipur after registering complaint on consumer care Complaint no --PANT/JAI/12/6/05/006/0006 . To my surprise the service center blamed me for LCD malfunctioning as poor handling of T pad on my part.
    It is disappointing that after such fraudulent malpractice the company poor consumer service continues and no redressal to my genuine complaint has been made so far .
    Rather they told me that there is no warranty for this .
    I have few questions to raise?
    1. Lesser billing amount than the amount paid is justified?
    2 What about the SIM Card that the company promised to give and additional charges paid?
    3 BSNL Service center conveyed that no sim issued to Pantel, means that Pantel is a bogus company cheating customers.
    4 what is the utility of warranty for this item?

    Dear friends my advise to you is that DO NOT ORDER PANTEL T PAD ITS A COMPANY GIMMICK OF MAKING MONEY BY FRAUDULENT MEANS LIKE A CHIT FUND.


    In case the company does not take remedial measure of my complaint i am going to sue Both Pantel & BSNL in MRTP court as well as criminal conduct under section 420IPC.

    BSNL — no redressal

    BSNL — Not proving redressal to consumers

    I am a bsnl customer from last 4 years. My no. is [protected] but untill now i have tried 24 times to contact bsnl customer care services for cancellation of my caller-tunes.
    i have also similar experience. I paid Rs.3500 on 18th may 2012 through Punhab National bank. I got receipt on my mail from PENTA. But I have not received delivery of the instrument yet. I tried on their phone numbers so many times. But either no reply or the cassttee `our executives are busy to give service to other customers'. I suspect this is bogus company. They have not replied to my several mails also. Please let me know what I should do now.

      With reference to the confirmation mail from Pantel Technologies, Noida dated 15.05.2012 saying that my T-Pad is ready for delivery, I have deposited the exact amount in their PNB account on 19.05.2012. After that I again communicated to them about the delivery via mail dated 26.05.2012 and I received a confirmation that the payment is received on 19.05.2012 and the material will be dispatched very soon.So, I again mailed and reminded that the delivery of the material should have been done within 96 hrs from receipt of payment. So, again got a reply that you need the Pre-booking reference number. I mailed the same for three times. But still there is no confirmation in this matter.I have continuously tried their customer care number, but I need to hold the line for more than 15 minutes every time, but could not get through. So, now there is no way that I can contact them.So, I tried to fax them, but their fax number taken from their website does not exist.My mails are not being replied. So, kindly look into this matter. I made the payment on the basis that BSNL has a tieup with them. Kindly see what can be done, or if possible give me some associated number in this regard on my e-mail id [protected]@sphurti.com
      I have booked a bsnl t-pad on 24.03.12 through pantel.in pre-booking, Order no is: PENT0023389. I have received a mail from pantel.in “your t-pad is ready for dispatch” and they attached the PNB challan accordingly i have deposited the cash on 14.05.12 and they confirm the receipt on 15.05.12, till now i have not received my t-pad and they are not respond to our emails and calls.

      They are cheating the peoples by using the BSNL brand name..

      Please Don’t buy Pantel t-pad….. its a fraud company….

      Please help us for getting my t-paid from Pentel technologies pvt ltd.

        Pantel technology pvt ltd is a scam,as this company is using goodwill of bsnl.Those who paid amount rs 3749/- though pnb for its penta bsnl t pad as per the procedure for ordering, this company is cheating upon them by not delivering the product as per their commitment.this company is now selling the product online trough snapdeal and ebay at lesser price and delivery commitment though they are pretending that they are out of stock for those who have paid through pnb or else god knows the reason for such a big failure. I am the biggest fool that i have paid 3749 through pnb on 16/5/12 and my ref no is pent0067444. Even after the confirmation at their end i am yet to recieve the delivery of the product but they are simply not bothered to answer the call or reply to my email.i doubt bsnl is also a part of this scam.
        I do not expect psu like bsnl a part of this scam.
        I would like to say that first of all, BSNL is not responsible for this and they are strategic alliance partners with Pantel Tech pvt. ltd. and both the companies are genuine and not fake. As far as the delivery of tab is concerned, I'd agree that they are slow, but they do deliver the tablet, as I got my tab delivered after a month and a half. you should try calling the customer care people at[protected] and you will be helped like I was. This is not a scam and if it would have been, no one would have received the tablet at all. Wish you all the luck with the tab.

          Sir, i have booked pantel tab 3 months back and deposit money 45 days before and received that tab by DTDC courier by bhubneshwar, calcutta, again delhi and last by raipur after surviving 10 days. this is due to the service was not availible by DTDC courier. Yesterday 30.5.12 i have received the tab in completely broken condition and ultimately i have send it back to pantel. broken photo and mail has been sent yesterday.

          what the hell pantel is doing to cheat people by opening such business. if they are unable to to send the tab safely why they are looking for such business to harash people. if want to contact cust. care it takes 45 minutes hold, lot of waste of time and std charges and excess patience...... i want my money back.           Mr. Bijay Raj, things do get broken when sent through courier. Its not the fault of the company only, but also the courier agency. Now that you've returned it to them, am sure your new tab will come in good condition. All the best.

            I have booked a pantel Tpad through their website www.pantel.in and around 2 months later i.e on 23rd i got their mail regarding the payment as the delivery was ready. On 25th morning, as it was written in the email, i submitted an amount of Rs. 3749 in PNB using challan. It was written in their email that in a day or two, they will verify the payment and they will send the dispatch email to me. I waited for 3 days and after that when i contacted their customer care, the employees said that we have not updated your payment and they requested me to show the challan copy. I showed them the depositor copy and then on call, they assured me that in 1 day u'll get a dispatch email as your payment is confirmed. Today, I got a mail regarding the payment that it is still on verification. After such a long mental torture from so many days i'm not getting a proper attention of the employees towards me and the company is intentionally ignoring my mails and calls as they wont answr until and unless i mail them 25 times a day. I just want to know the current status of my tablet that is the payment verified or not. And when the dispatch will be scheduled?

              I have bookent for a t pad 701R and my booking ID is PENT0047520. I got an email from the company to make the payment in Punjab National Bank and they will dispatch the product within 96 hours after realising the amount. I have made the payment of Rs.3275 on 07.05.2012 and I have received an email from the company on 08.05.2012 that the amount is credited in their bank account. But till (after 19 days the product is not despatched. When I am calling to the company numbers, all the numbers are busy or not attending. Once they picked the phone the person who picked the phone told me that he is not liable to give the despatch details and told me to call to customer care. When calling to customercare numbers no executive will be available. The only result is the customers phone bill will increase by holding the phone. When sending queries through emails, after sending 4 or 5 emails they will answer for one and the answer will be " the product will send soon". This is a serious issue that the company is not paying any interest for despatching the product after the realisation of the amount and not responding properly to the customers questions.

Please help me what to Do.

                  Sir,

                  I received BSNL PANTEL TABLET T-PAD IS701R on 24/03/2012 after completing all payment formalities. I have the following complaints with Pantel Technologies:

                  1. I have not been sent or offered BSNL 2 G DATA CARD alongwith with the offer of purchase.

                  2. The TABLET is not been working for the last 15 days due to some technical problems. I have sent mails/contacted Pantel but of no use.

                  3. Company do no have any REPAIR AND SERVICE CENTRE IN DELHI as this is mandatory before releasing any product in the market as per my knowledge. They have given the details of old contacts of REPAIR AND SERVICE which have either been closed long back or not working with the product of Pantel as contacted with them.

                  4. Company's customer care deptt. is not effective. They do not provide any complaint no. or time frame to solve the problem.

                  This company is cheating the indians in name of indian company, They have no manufacuring factory & importing from china.
                  Also have not despatch the tablet after confirming the payment (My ref no. PENT0064588) on 16/05/2012.
                  Customer care are just fooling us that the tab has been despatched/will be despatch by today but can not provide the docket no. Company not providing the refund against non delivery of material. Customer care is worst and can not provide the infomation i.e. delivery date via e-mail and also telling that they dont care if the customer complains against them (i.e. - Name of customer care representative: Mr. Sanjay).

                  Govt. should take necessary action to stop the growing up of this type company in future to save the nation.

                  I also received the tablet in time. But not able to operate it. Neither the pantel technologies respond to your queries as their customer service executives are always busy. Simply cheating the public Nor are there any service centers at hyderabad. Just like the data wind it is also a company which is famous for their fraudulent practices.

                  1. touchpad is not working
                  2.images clicked cannot be arranged serially
                  3.the rear camera was said to be 8 mp. But it is not giving even 5 mp.
                  4. the sound is not so loud as should be
                  5. a white screen suddenly appears and goes off

                    i am pratik pancholi. i booked bsnl penta t-pad from the website of pantel technology. after one month i got the mail that my tablet is ready for delivery. my booking id of tablet is PENT0023422. i paid for it on 4-April-2012.in the mail of company they clearly mention that my tablet will be delivered within 1 week. but now after 24 days they are not delivering it and every time when i call them they told me ' we are delivering it today or tomorrow'' but wen i called in company befor 2 days they told me that they delivered the tablet and will reach at my place soon. but after two day when i call them again they told me that it is not delivered yet and will take 10 more days.

                    SO EVERYONE WHO IS READING IT PLEASE DONT PAY ANY MONEY TO PENTAL COMPANY NOW THEY ARE JUST MAKING US FOOL.
                    ya..same thing with me..every1 plz see here, ..don't give any money to pantel..they are just cheaters..a big cheaters...1 month has been passed n i did't get anyting...

                      I had booked Penta Tab and received booking No.PENT09917, the company vide their e-mail dt.04/04/2012 asked me to deposit Rs.3250/- + bank charges of Rs.25/- in Punjab National Bank, accordingly on 09/04/2012 I deposited cash in PNB Vaishali Ghaziabad Branch vide challan downloaded from the company's e-mail which was attached and was informed that the above Penta Tab would be delivered within 96 hours.
                      Now its more than 20 Days and I have not receive the Tab nor any reply to my e-mails sent to the Co. The Telephone Nos. displayed in the letter as contacts is found to be switched off or busy . The Company told that 2.5 lakhs Tablet were booked . But where are the Tablets. It appears that the customer who have paid the money for Penta Tab IS701R are being taken for a ride.
                      I request you to kindly look in the matter and do justice since the Penta Technologies are not responding to my mail .

                        I had booked BSNL Tab and received booking No.PENT00484, the company vide their e-mail dt.23/3/2012 asked me to deposit Rs.3499/- + bank charges of Rs.25/- in Punjab National Bank, accordingly on 26/3/2012 I deposited cash in PNB Linking Road, Bandra (W) Branch vide challan downloaded from the company's e-mail which was attached and was informed that the above BSNL Tab would be delivered within 96 hours.
                        Now its more than a month and I have not receive the Tab nor any reply to my e-mails sent to the Co. The Telephone Nos. displayed in the letter as contacts is found to be switched off . The Company had advertised that 1 lakhs Tablet were booked in 3 days. But where are the Tablets. It appears that the customer who have paid the money for Penta Tab IS701R are being taken for a ride.
                        I request you to kindly look in the matter and do justice since the Penta Technologies are neither responding to my mail nor am I able to contact them for the phones being switched off.

                        I had booked BSNL Tab (Booking Id PENT0019979) and i have deposit Rs.3275/- + bank charges of Rs.25/- in Punjab National Bank, accordingly on 12/04/2012 and i was informed that the above BSNL Tab would be delivered within 96 hours.
                        After the completion of the above time line which was 96 hours i have exchanged enough mails with the concern ([protected]@pante.in) but unfortunately not revert also the mentioned contact numbers are being switched off.

                        sir my pre-booking reference number ls – .PENT0080063 and i have paid Rs 3749 (tab cost 3249+ 2G sim cost 250 + fright charges 225 + PNB charges 25 ) by challan as prescribed by you at PNB, NAD branch, Visakhapatnam, Andhrapradesh on 19th may 2012 (challan no M87733) please give me information reg. when i get my tab and how . Already i have sent three mails to you and there is no response, and even there is no respnose from the tele phone no that given you. Kindly give the information.

                        I have booked for the Tpad and made the payment in Punjab National Bank. In the letter they sent for making payment it was noted that the product will delver within 96 hours. But now (after 20 days, the product is not delivered. All the contact numbers of the company are busy or not attending. When I call to customer care number, after holding the phone for 30 minutes no executive will attend the phone. The only result is losing customer's talktime by holding the phone. My booking Id is PENT0047520. When sending mails to the customercare, they will reply that the product will send soon. No clear reply from company side. This is a serious issue. The company is liable to protect the Consumer Interest.

                        I havent received my tablet, any call. nothing, no further reply of e-mails. My ref. number is as above. I had received Tablet confirmation on[protected]. I was eager to purchase this tab and filled challan of punjab bank provided in my mail on[protected]. Punjab bank is located in ahmedabad(mahalaxmi paldi branch). still no mail/call for dis patchment has been made by you. I am little worried and when would I be able to get my tablet. I had made payment as follow

                        1. Product price: Rs. 3, 249
                        2. BSNL 2G Data plan: Rs. 250
                        3. Freight charge applicable for home delivery: Rs. 225
                        (for living in ahmedabad)
                        4. PNB Transaction Fee: Rs. 25
                        5. Total amount to be deposited = Rs. 3, 749

                        Please deliver my tablet as earlier as possible

                          I have booked a product - T-Pad IS701R - from Pantel Technologies (noida) through online. After few days they have asked me to deposit the amount in PNB bank as the product is ready for delivery and the company has asked me to confirm the payment within 24 hours and will be informed through mail. Till now (4 days),there is no confirmation by the company and their all customer care numbers are so busy coz they are not even picking up the phone. They are not responding for emails. 24 to 48 hours is the said time for delivery. I feel the company is fake
