Complaints regarding behaviour customer care executive - Lalit - PHS ID : 13300126
I'm I'm Ameer Siddiqui issue is my father admitted Orchid Specialily Hospital last 5 days back today was I have taken discharge but hospital guys are saying without approval we can't discharge the patient .
So I'm called customer care paramount some executive Mr Lalit pick up the call and he saying wilting 2 hours then saying 1hour then saying 1 hour /30 minutes so I'm not satisfied his words so I requested transfer to call any supervisor but he didn't transfer and rudly tolk with me .
Complaints against Hospital also here services are very third class room are very dirty, not cleanses, TV are not working, Account are not working, Not a single doctor available whole day only a day 12 o clock 1doctor come then complete day single doctor also not come, nurs also after 8o clock not available, one lady handle everything room cleaning, washroom cleaning, patient check everything Howe is possible I'm very shock that's why I'm relief my father from Here.
Please taken action customer executive or given cashless approval ASAP .
