I Mr. Rakesh Mukhi The Owner of Car NO.:-MH-04-FA 1161, Model Maruti Swift Dizire VDI.

I Had sent u mail that i got the problem in gear box & clutch plate in warranty period in your service center till now 5 times i have repaired my car for the same problem .It was 4 months earlier that i repaired my gear box at paramount service centre still i am not satisfied the way my gear box & clutch plate is working. Recently

i got same to same problem so I do not understand why this problem coming again and again

i request you to please solve this problem


My main intention is to complain to you is about your service center Name Paramount Wheels Pvt. Ltd. not responding and always tell that this problem will come it is naturally. I have spoken to the paramount service centre and i didnt got a proper response from them.where as the mechanic says that they dont have any idea why my gear box parts are getting damaged regulary .


Here with this mail i sending you a attachment off all receipt and Bill of Paramount .


Hope for Positive reply

Else I have to Go For legal Action.
