Respected sir;
I had purchased maruti swift vdi 2016 from paramount wheels private ltd mirabhayandar. Date 9/4/16 sales executive name ram & kalpana jain. They both are cheated with me. They gave 2015 swift vdi to me use of fluently language.
And they give bad manufacture effect car 2015. And not refund my excise duty payment. From purchasing date till today many parts of car changed. 1) wheel bearings two times 2) high pressure diesel pump three times. Wheel hubs one time. This problem should not happened in new car. You can checked my job card. Buy it happened with me. And i face your service centre unprofessional team every time they give me nonsense excuse and ignored me. Some they say there is fault in diesel and in diesel kerosine is mixed. But he don't know if kerosine mix in diesel then there would be accumulation of carbon in the car engine and carbon will also enter in to the nozzel and silencer also through black smoke. They must be trained properly. They also check my diesel density two times. But they can proof that there is fault in diesel. They know in india nobody sale pure diesel. That's why they give such excuses. So that customers go back to home othervice they take money and they do work. B they wanted only rating 10 in to 10.
Because maruti suzuki is the big brand and people trust on it. If like this happened people will not trust maruti
Now what is solution of my problem. Can you change my car or can give me extend warranty. Or can you take responsibility of my car that next time same problem will not create. And most important thing your sales and service depaartment people behave differently with different people's. Your people do not treated well witht permits driver owner. Why they treat like this? We also had given full money for the car.
