Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked an Maruti Eeco 7 seater with You on 14 October 2016 and submitted all documents for Loan processing on 28th October 2016. I haven't received any call from any finance company till 29th November 2016. hence I decided to Cancel the deal and on 3rd December I have submitted the letter for cancellation. But Till date I am getting wrong commitments from your sales executive Mr. Manmeet Singh & his Team leader. They are continuously giving me weeks time for refund.
I am going to lodge a FIR for further process kindly look into this.
