Paramount Wheels — Repairing of my accidental car

Dear sir,
We have submitted our accidental car MH 04 DR 809 to Paramount workshop at Mira road on 22/09/2016. All the related insurance formality was cleared next day and the car was inspected on 24/09/2016.

Since 24/09/2016 non of the car repairing/replacement has been commenced and we are always been given excuse that the parts are not arrived, till date. This delay is causing immense inconvenience for our daily routine as we need our car on daily basis.

We request you to look into the matter and pace up the procedure. As soon as possible please deliver the car to us.
