Difficulties with the interface: some elements on the Parimatch website are displayed inconveniently, and even after clearing the cache, the problem persists. Considering Parimatch’s reputation, I expected a more user-friendly and intuitive interface. I hope that the technical issues will be resolved soon.

After updating my browser and checking plugins and extensions, the issue with Parimatch was resolved. Now I can use the service without any problems. It turns out the problem was on my end, and I’m grateful to Parimatch for assisting in resolving this matter.

      So many days for processing a deposit seem like an excessively long period in modern times.                   Two days later I received a contact from the Parimatch finance department staff. They informed me that the reason for the delay was an error in the details of my bank card, which was no longer valid.                     I created a new account as I couldn't remember the password from the old one. After winning a small amount of money, I requested a withdrawal. However, on withdrawal I only received my original deposit and the winnings disappeared. Unlike me, my wife has as many as 3 accounts from which she successfully withdraws her winnings. Why are my accounts blocked along with my winnings, but hers are not?

I was allowed to withdraw the amount of my deposits, but the winnings were canceled due to violation of the rules.                       I have had some questions regarding the speed of withdrawals. I have been regularly withdrawing large sums every month for the last year, and I noticed that the waiting time is different every time. Sometimes it takes only 1 hour and sometimes I have to wait for 10 days. Despite my inquiries to the support team, I still have not been given an intelligible answer to this issue.                       After my appeal, the support team contacted me. They advised me to use another bank's card to withdraw the funds. This time the money was withdrawn in less than 24 hours. It seems that the problem was really on my bank's side, and changing the card helped to speed up the withdrawal process.

                        While I was playing with Parimatch not the first time, everything went smoothly, though with small winnings. But today something strange happened! I was placing bets, but when I refreshed the page, they just disappeared! I guess at least the money wasn't deducted from the balance. I can't believe that such a well known bookmaker is having such problems! Looks like I will have to look for alternatives as I can't play with such a service anymore.

                        After some research, I found recommendations on the internet on how to fix such problems. One of the tips was to update your browser to the latest version and clear cookies. I followed these recommendations and to my surprise it worked! Now my bids are displayed in my personal account as soon as they are placed.

                          Hi Parimatch,

                          I can't believe you are telling me that I have indulged in any form of fraudulent activity even after verifying my account multiple times through zoom meeting or maybe this is a way for you guys to take out our hard earned money from your app. This is the worst app who knowingly withdrew 27 lakhs approximately from their customer's account by blaming them with a false reason. If you do not have that much money to pay your customer then, please stop advertising your app and stop fooling people asap.
                          For your knowledge, I have already initiated a request to file a case against PariMatch, the worst app, so I request you to please forward this mail to your supervisor or whoever you think deserves it.

                            After I made a deposit to my account, I found out that the funds had not arrived. For two days I actively communicated in Parimatch support chat and provided all possible proof of payment. However, despite this, I was constantly asked to provide additional documents. In the end, I was informed that my deposit was made below the minimum amount and then simply closed the chat. After that, I continued to communicate with technical support for a whole day, providing all the evidence and screenshots of bank statements, but the staff simply stopped responding to my appeals. As a result, I decided to use the services of other bookmakers.

It turned out that my bank had split the payment into two parts, which resulted in the deposit amount being lower than the minimum required. After I contacted the bank support and explained the situation, the money was immediately credited to my account. I now understand the reason for the delay and am grateful for the help in resolving this issue.

                                I have been playing at Parimatch for a long time and have never faced withdrawal fees. However, the last time I withdrew my winnings I was charged a commission of 3500 rupees, citing income tax. This surprised me as there were no such commissions earlier.                                     Contacted Parimatch support and I was answered by their employee. He explained that in some cases after making a deposit it is necessary to pass profile verification in order for the money to be credited to the account. After I successfully passed the verification, the money finally appeared on my balance. Unfortunately, I missed the match I was planning to bet on, but now I know that my money is safe and I can safely continue using the service.

                                      I happened to win a decent amount of Rs 8000 but faced a problem with card verification. When I tried to log into my profile later, the site page wouldn't load. Why didn't anyone warn me that the card needs to be verified before starting the game?                                         I rated the Parimatch site at five stars for its beautiful design and user-friendly interface. But the advertising... There are too many of them. It occurs at the first entrance to the site, while placing bets, and even when creating a withdrawal request. I already pay a commission for using the services of Parimatch, so why do I have to look at advertising?
