I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with a recent UPI transaction. On March 8, 2025, I made a payment of ₹15, 000 to Parimatch using PhonePe UPI. The UTR number for this transaction is[protected].
Although my bank indicates that the transaction was successful, Parimatch claims they have not received the payment. I have filed a complaint with my bank and attempted to contact them, but they confirm the transaction as successful and are unable to provide further assistance.
