Delays in deposit crediting on a betting platform can undermine user confidence in the platform. Such situations can seriously affect the relationship with users and the overall perception of the service. I am already thinking about switching to another service.

100% scammers, I made a deposit of 3330 and won 6660, the next thing they did was block my withdrawal, so I emailed them and they said they need - " Selfie with 2 documents holding in hand: Aadhar card or PAN card (depends on the one you used during verification) and Paper, on which you should write your First Name, Last name, Date of your request, and “For Parimatch”."
I gave all the documents and selfie and they BANNED my account saying I did " suspicious gaming activity "

My deposit not reflecting, I made 10k deposit it's not reflecting

Since 1 month my account got blocked but in mail parimatch mentioned that "in case of account block am able to withdrawl my funds" but I can't withdrawal my funds

In my review of Parimatch odds in India, I found that some of them are quite low. I was expecting more attractive odds for betting. The bonuses on the site are quite difficult to find too.

These delays and problems with crediting money are already annoying. I expect reliability and promptness in service from Parimatch and the current situation disappoints me, very disappointing. Before I make a final decision to stop using the service, I hope that the solution to these problems will be considered by Parimatch. After successful bets, I increased my budget by 4 times or even more and when I tried to withdraw, nothing happened. How long will I have to wait?

I am having trouble depositing funds into my Parimatch account in India. Some of the provided payment methods were unavailable while others were blocked by my bank. This situation is making it difficult for me to bet on sporting events. Could you please consider regularly updating the list of available payment methods on your website? It is not always possible to find a convenient payment method.

I have made a withdrawal of ₹2000 on 1st November from parimatch account and it was showing that the withdrawal was successful but i didn't receive the withdrawal money yet and I have also contacted with the support team of parimatch and provided them with the all needed documents like bank statement and Account number but still I didn't receive the withdrawal money yet.

I paid 3500 Rs. on 23rd June 2023 to play game but till time not deposited.
I mail to Parimatch customer support so many times but till time problem not solved.
I sent Bank Statement so many times by mail but every time another customer support team member revert mail me we need Bank Statement.

I feel FRAUD with me and also feel Your service is very very very WORST

Please deposit my 3500 Rs. which were paid on 23rd june 2023 but till time not deposited.

Can i receive JUSTICE or not?

Account I'd[protected] I made a deposit of 800 on 13th Oct and as per parimatch that deposit got failed even from my side it was successful as per customer care they will refund the failed deposit after sending all the necessary screenshot of transactions and bank statement they are still asking for proof and till date nothing have been done totally fraudsters and scamming innocent people valuable money...
