I contacted support, they checked the task and confirmed the error in the accrual system. They added a counted task to me and apologized for the failure, promising to improve the work with promotions and accruals.

    In the video roulette from Evolution, the picture lagged behind the bets by 3-4 seconds, which is why the bet did not go through.

    I wrote to support, they confirmed the problem with the video delay and explained that it was a server failure. They returned the bet to my balance and apologized for the inconvenience, promising to improve the synchronization of video and bets in the future.

                I received a free bet of 250 rupees, but when I tried to use it in a live bet, the system said: "Not available for this event."

                  When trying to play a poker tournament, I got an error: "Insufficient rights", although the tournament was public.
