Parimatch India — 30000 stuck since 5 month

I deposited 30000 on 11th oct 2024 at 1.49 AM by mistake I did a NEFT transaction
I have provided all possible proofs / screenshots / Bank Statements everything -- still the issue was not resolved
They asked me to get it in writing from my bank i.e. ICICI Bank -- I got that email as well still not resolved
I went to your Bank i.e. Bank of India got the screenshot of your bank statement where the money is clearly reflecting -- still your team asks me to give 12 digit UTR number
What no one from your team wants to understand that in NEFT transaction there are no 12 digit UTR there is 16 digit transaction reference number which is HS[protected]
All your team has to do is login to bank of india site in this account number [protected]
with IFSC code BKID0006703 and search for transaction number HS[protected]
The amount will be clearly visible
My ID is DIJAYU60
more than 300 emails have been exchanged & 100 chats -- yet no resolution
And mind you I am your VIP customer
